Plant Description: Perennial to 30 cm or higher with ovate leaves 5-20 mm long. Leaves opposite., blades ovate with margins of the mid and upper leaves usually entire, the lower ones sometimes minutely toothed, the teeth rounded. Flowers solitary, axillary, 2-lipped, bilateral; corolla 5-13 mm long, blue-violet with whitish blotch on lower lip.
