Plant Description: Annual to 1.5 m high with lanceolate or oblong-lanceolate leaves, 10-25 cm long. Flowers in racemes, the tepals 2-3mm long, white. Fruits dark purple.

Occurrence: Occasionally in coastal oak woods and along streams and ravines.
