Plant Description: Perennial vine with usually climbing stems and tendrils. Leaves 2-9 cm wide, about as long, angled or lobed. Stems slightly hairy. Flowers axillary, the corolla 5-8 mm wide, light yellow. Flowers male and female on the same plant single or sometimes in clusters. Fruits 1.2-1.5 mcm wide, somewhat longer, greenish to creamy.
Plant Trivia: The Spanish name translates to “little melon.”
