Plant Description: Perennial woody vine with stems to 5 m or higher, tendrils abundant and opposite the leaves. Leaves 3-6 cm wide, usually 3-lobed or sometimes 3-foliate, opposite, thick-fleshy, ill-scented. Flowers in flat topped clusters, the petals 2 mm long, greenish. Fruits to 10 mm wide, black.
