Plant Description: Annual to 30 cm, high, commonly forming little mounds. Leaves similar to those of F. officinalis, alternate, but paler and more finely dissected, the sides curving upward. Flowers racemose, the petals 3-5 mm long, pink or whitish with purple tip.
Plant Trivia: Native of Europe
Field Identification: Delicate wispy prostrate or leaning plant with whitish flowers with purple tips. Leaves appear to have little channels.
Occurrence: Know from west of Portland and wet of Corpus Christ, and in Flour Bluff.
Bloom Period: January-May
