Plant Description: Annual with spreading or prostrate stems to 35 cm long. Leaves 3-15 cm long. Seads solitary, 1.5-1.8 cm wide, ligulate, the rays yellow with purple tip sometimes.
Plant Trivia: Native of Europe.
Field Identification:
Occurrence: Locally abundant on sand or shell. Known from around Corpus Christi, west of Portland, eat of Calallen, Rockport.
